As a key node project of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the expansion and renovation project of Kazakhstan's Caspian Aktau Asphalt Plant (September 2024-2025.6) has achieved milestone progress. Our independently developed third-generation electric desalter system has successfully entered the construction site, marking a new stage of technological output in China Kazakhstan capacity cooperation. After the completion of this project, the self-sufficiency rate of asphalt in Kazakhstan will exceed 90%, completely reversing the passive situation of relying on imported road construction materials.

Implement modular installation process, achieving 72 hour precise docking of each functional unit;
