Order onlineGreen methanol equipment is an integrated full-process production system that couples multiple technical pathways to convert renewable energy or waste materials into green methanol. Its technical features are as follows:
Low-carbon and environmentally friendly: It mainly uses biomass, green hydrogen (produced by water electrolysis) or CO₂ from industrial waste gas as raw materials, reducing reliance on fossil energy.
Multi-energy complementation: It combines wind power, solar power generation and biomass energy to address the issue of renewable energy curtailment. For instance, it enables the collaborative production of methanol through water electrolysis for hydrogen production and biomass gasification.
Large-scale application: It improves production efficiency and stability via innovative processes (such as molten salt heat storage and pure oxygen gasification), promoting the industrial-scale production of green methanol.
Green methanol system equipment is mainly applied in the on-site consumption of energy at new energy bases and the replacement of marine fuels.

Subsystems of Santacc Green Methanol System Equipment:
1. Hydrogen Production System
Refer to the introduction in the first section "Green Hydrogen Production from Green Electricity".
2. Gasification and Syngas Preparation System
● Biomass Gasification System: It adopts technologies such as pure oxygen pressurized circulating fluidized bed to convert biomass into syngas rich in CO, CO₂ and H₂, featuring low tar content and high conversion rate.
● Syngas Purification System: It removes impurities (e.g., sulfides, particulate matter) to ensure the syngas meets the requirements for methanol production.

3. Methanol Synthesis and Purification System
● Catalytic Reactor: Under high temperature and high pressure, it synthesizes methanol from CO₂ and H₂ via a catalyst, with precise control of reaction conditions (such as temperature and pressure).
● Methanol Distillation and Purification: It separates unreacted gases and by-products to improve the purity of methanol.

4. BOP Auxiliary System
It mainly includes the power supply system, circulating cooling water system, air compression system, and control system, which are used to provide auxiliary support for the entire green methanol synthesis system.
