Abu Dhabi, UAE, November 5, 2025 – During the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), a global focal point in the energy industry, Mr. Liu Jiacheng, General Manager of SANTACC, held a significant meeting with senior representatives of Samsung Engineering at 2:00 p.m. local time on November 5. The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges around two core topics: "deepening cooperation in oil and gas equipment" and "strategic synergy in green hydrogen production equipment". Aimed at conforming to the global trend of energy transition and exploring new opportunities, they are committed to joining hands to open up new tracks in the energy sector, especially under the broad framework of the "Belt and Road Initiative".

As a key platform for communication and cooperation among global energy enterprises, ADIPEC gathers key resources and demands from the energy markets along the "Belt and Road" and around the world, providing an excellent opportunity for this in-depth dialogue between SANTACC and Samsung Engineering. During the meeting, General Manager Liu Jiacheng comprehensively elaborated on SANTACC's profound technical accumulation in providing "customized" solutions in the oil and gas equipment field, as well as its rich market experience and high-quality service capabilities accumulated through projects along the "Belt and Road". He particularly emphasized that the company's innovative breakthroughs in core green hydrogen production equipment – such as the R&D achievements and industrialization progress of new energy equipment including high-performance electrolyzers and hydrogen purification systems – are highly aligned with the energy green transition needs of countries along the "Belt and Road". The two parties agreed that against the backdrop of the accelerated low-carbon transition of the current energy structure, integrating SANTACC's advantages in equipment manufacturing with Samsung Engineering's EPC capabilities and global resource network will generate significant synergy effects in the low-carbon transformation of oil and gas facilities and the integrated construction of green hydrogen projects along the "Belt and Road".
