Amid the global wave of energy transition, Santacc Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Santacc Energy") has launched a high-performance 1,000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer, leveraging core hydrogen energy technology to facilitate large-scale application of green hydrogen!

► High Efficiency, Low Consumption, and Stable Operation

Santacc Energy's high-efficiency 1,000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer adopts advanced electrode (material) design and support structure, optimizes flow channel distribution, and strictly controls the quality of components to enhance the overall performance of the alkaline electrolyzer.

Its DC power consumption is ≤4.19 kWh/Nm³, with hydrogen production efficiency increased by 15%, and the temperature difference in the electrolysis cell is ≤7℃.

The load adjustment response rate is ≤1%/min, enabling long-term operation under low load (30% load, with oxygen content in hydrogen ≤1.5%), making it compatible with the fluctuating power supply from wind and photovoltaic energy.

The maximum current density can reach 6,000 A/m², supporting the miniaturization and lightweight design of 1,000 Nm³/h electrolyzers.
