t is a type of water soluble non-ionic surfactant that applied in refining crude oil pretreatment process to improve oil/water separation. Water Soluble Demulsifier

It is a type of water soluble non-ionic surfactant that applied in refining crude oil pretreatment process to improve oil/water separation. It mainly helps to resolve the water/oil emulsion in the desalter to effectively reduce water and salt content in the desalted crude, to achieve removal of corrosive species and bring benefits for downstream unit corrosion control.

a、Promote water/oil fast separation, optimize desalting efficiency, help reduce potential corrosive species for crude distillation unit.

b、Control emulsion rag layer and establish clear oil/water interface.

Injection and Dosage:

Oil-soluble Demulsifier

It is a type of hydrocarbon soluble non-ionic surfactant that applied in refining crude oil pretreatment process to improve oil/water separation. It mainly helps to resolve the water/oil emulsion in the desalter to effectively reduce water and salt content in the desalted crude, to achieve removal of corrosive species and bring benefits for downstream unit corrosion control.

Low temperature demulsifier

It is mainly used as oil soluble surfactant in refinery crude oil tank area to improve oil water separation efficiency under low temperature storage condition. In order to meet the requirement of water and salt content of the refinery's electric desalting crude oil feed, the high water content material should be dehydrated, and the content of mechanical impurities in the material should be partially reduced.

Reverse Demulsifier

It is a type of high molecular weight, mostly cationic polymer surfactant applied for oil/water separation in reserved emulsion environment. It can neutralize the negative charges on the oil droplet surface and reduce oil/water interface tension and electrostatic repulsion. It can help to recollect the oil from broken emulsion, clarify discharged water and so widely used in refinery or oilfield.
