Metering system is an integrated "project", with its high precision and stability, widely used in the oil and gas industry, nearly 80% of the global trade handover are using metering skid system mode.

This metering and prover skid, designed and manufactured by Santacc Energy is the first high-tech metering system by independent research and development in China.

Application:

Widely used in input and output of crude oil and refined oil,can be regarded as the general equipment configuration for transportation handover departmentsof oil fields, refineries.

Features:

The metering and prover module adopts advanced modular design concept to design and modular manufacturing technology to manufacture.The module is composed of metering skid, volume pipe skid and control system, with the characteristics of high precision, good repeatability and high reliability.

2. Main components

According to different medium,metering and proven skid can select various flow meters,such as velocity type, volumetric type, mass flow meter, ultrasonic type and etc., in order to improve the measurement accuracy of different medium.

3. The prover pipeline skid is all made of stainless steel materials, benefit from the application of special stainless steel processing technology, the pipe inside surface does not need with internal coating, eliminate the risk of precision and repeatability caused by the coating falling off, ensure the repeatability of the prover pipeline skid.

4. The control system integrates the batch metering function of the metering and calibrating function of volume pipeline for each flow meter on the metering and proven skid.The whole control system adopts a full set of redundant design, so that the reliability of the whole module can be greatly improved.The control system adopts the most advanced flow computer and the most advanced PLC with redundancy function to realize two redundant backup between the flow computer, and thoroughly solve the communication problem between the different brand of flow computer and PLC.
