Features:
-The initial separation zone adds the coalescing fillers, which increases the contact between oil particles and suspended solids.
-The internal installed material is stainless steel, which improves the efficiency of degreasing and prolong equipment lifetime.
-It can automatically adjust the liquid level in each zone to reduce the water content in oil and the oil content in the water phases.

Design Pressure: 0.6Mpa.
Design Temperature:100℃
Single vessel processing capacity 10—500m3/h.
Residence Time: ≥18 min.
Pre-filtration water quality requirements:
Suspended Solids Content: ≤300mg/L.
Oil content: 2500—3000mg/L.
Water Quality Requirements after filtration:
Suspended Solids content ≤50mg/L.
